  • Last Kitchen Orders at 3pm for Lunch Service (Restaurant closes at 4pm, reopening at 6pm for Dinner), 8pm for Dinner Service

  • Seating times are for 2hrs, unless confirmed with a member of our crew prior for a longer sitting.

  • As we operate under a restaurant liquor license, guests must order food in order to enjoy an alcoholic beverage

  • ALL Patrons who appear under 25yrs will be asked to produce a valid Photo ID. Please note, only approved copies of your license can be used as proof, we are unable to accept screen shots, photos or scans).


An Important Message From Our Chief of Summer Operations

Hi, it’s me, Buddy the alpaca, official Chief of Summer Operations at Burnt Barrel. 🦙✨

I’ve been told to let you know that UNLIKE other years, the humans are not closing over summer – they’re flat out with catering, events and feeding you lot brisket and beers. 🍖🍺

Buuuut here’s the deal from my very long neck: when the devil swings through the valley and it hits 40+ degrees, it’s too hot for man, beast or BBQ. 🔥😈 On those “hell on earth” days, the restaurant will be closed for lunch service so the crew and you legends don’t melt into the paddocks.

Instead of roasting in the kitchen, they’ll be out here watering important VIPs like me and my furry mates. Priorities. 💦🦙

The good news? Summer nights in the valley are pure magic – cooler air, big skies and zero sizzle‑your-face-off vibes. ✨ If your booking needs to move because it’s outrageously hot, the team will offer you dinner instead – same meats, same beers, much nicer temperature for your delicate human selves.

Thanks for looking after my favourite BBQ humans so they can keep looking after you (and bringing me carrot offcuts). 😏🦙 Keep an eye on your messages on scorchers – if the devil’s visiting, I’ll make sure they let you know.


ABOUT THE FARM

Burnt Barrel isn’t just a venue – it’s a working farm, complete with a commercial bee operation and a whole squad of friendly animals who firmly believe they’re the real stars of the show!

Because we do have bees on site, if you’re allergic, please bring your epipen – the nearest emergency department is more than 20 minutes away and we’d rather your day be about brisket, not ambulances!

Our animals are to be treated with respect, love and full-blown adoration at all times; any kind of rough handling or abuse will not be tolerated, full stop.

And finally, a formal pre-emptive apology: if Coco escapes and helps themselves to your chips… we’re sorry. They’re cute, they’re fast, and they have zero regrets!
